Why achieve fitness and body wellness through Ballet? Ballet exercises build poise, grace, improve your posture and correct body alignment. It helps to tone & lengthen your core muscles resulting in a leaner & more elegant body shape. With soothing music, you will release tension and feel relaxed.
This course is for absolute beginners with no and little dance background. It introduces the 5 basic ballet positions and basic classical ballet movement. Some floor – barre works can be expected as foundation for body alignment and for progression to next level.
Be it an unfulfilled passion in dance or simply as a form of exercise to tone your body for a stronger and elongated muscle, you will find yourself with great improvement to body posture and coordination.
Duration: 90 mins; no prior experience in ballet is required for introductory level.
